I was able to talk to loyalty and get the $10/3month talk and text plan as an alternative to the $25/year plan

$40/year.

Try asking loyalty at different times of the day if you don't get it at first. I always had the most success at nights with outsourced reps.

Definitely harder to get now. Reps were mentioning RFD when asking for $25/year plan.

I was able to get 2 lines of $10/3month on my first try, for two separate lines.

Yes and no. If we’re still in a freedom zone but with weak signal, can’t roam. You need to be completely outside freedom zone to connect to roaming tower. But if your phone supports Wifi calling, can get around weak indoor signal.

The Service Agreement and plan details state Nationwide. And if anything like the $25/yr it was confirmed to be true.
