How do you prove it to them? I've been getting outages randomly without noticing.

For those asking how can you tell if the credit has been applied to their account?
You have to look at what dollar amount the Freedom system specifies for the Monthly amount and Top Up amount. You can see this when you login to your account online.

When I paid my bills the other day I noticed that there was a difference in the amounts that the system asked for.
On my account, I see my normal monthly amount ($40) but in the Top Up Amount field I now see $35 instead of $40.

They had another outage yesterday. Contact them again for $5 discount off two months.

Just contacted freedom and was told there was no outage this weekend. Was also told I could not stack compensation onto the $5x4 months I got for the last outage.

After the outage again last night, contacted Freedom through their live chat and got absolutely nowhere. Was continuously told I could ask again later about compensation once the issue had been resolved, but that they had no estimation for when the issue would be resolved. Ridiculous!
Closed the chat, hopped on the phone and called Customer Service, and immediately got offered $5 discount for 2 months. Bumped that to one time credit of $15 and called it a day. Frustrating as hell, but at least I got something!

No $5 off this month, has to PM them again.
Don't mean to bump an old thread, but didn't receive my adjustment, either. And this is the second bill after I had the discussion with the agent. Looks like I'm gonna have to go back and chat again.
