So you negotiated with loyalty for the 10 dollars popped into the mobile ahop? Called loyalty to apply discount?

I went to mobile shop and showed them Freedom's website advertising the flash sale "iPhone 11 for $10 tab for 24 months". Mobile shop said they can match that price and give me 100k PC points.
After I got the phone and came home, I messaged WhatsApp customer service for freedom. Asked to speak to loyalty. I said my friend was offer $10*12 credit for hardware upgrade, I did an upgrade this morning in store, can you give me the same credit ?
Had to go back and forth for a bit, the first agent said she could only do $5*6. I then asked to speak with supervisor who gave me the credit of $10*12.
