How about a 20$ deal?

Or some “HD speeds” addons. For example $20 20GB 5-15Mbps

It's only for 12 months, it goes up by $10 after 12 months.

You can instead get 30GB for $80 for 24mo, and that includes an iPhone 12 mini.

thats pretty cheap

before anybody starts bashing freedom's stability
I used Wind Mobile in 2011, was way worse then
started using Freedom again since Nov 2019 because of Black Friday deal, was $60 for 20gb.
No issues, no dropped calls. I don't live in a basement though...markham/Richmond Hill area fine

So this is pretty warm-to-hot

Upvoted even though I'm on Fido 25GB/$45 a month. Freedom Mobile is the only reason why I was able to get such a good deal with Robbers.

If the network is okay for where you live/travel to, this is pretty good. Just remember even if you have a better deal with Telus/bell/Rogers at this time, it's actually because freedom brought competition. Without companies like freedom, we would be paying 100 bux for 5GB of 2G data today.

GPS (for work)
Safari
iMessage
Read Apple News (sometimes)
Stream SiriusXM via CarPlay
Stream radio stations from Apple Music via CarPlay (cause they free)
Facebook
Twitter
Instacrap (viscous on data)
YouTube (1440p and up is viscous on data)
And a few small apps

This usually adds up to about 14gigs a month tho I stay away from Spotify / Tidal cause I’ll go over my 20gig limit in no time with those two.

Your statement is correct for the first part,
But for the second part I do not agree, since I had conversation with CSR or loyalty departmet of 3 Bigs (and even their tier 2 careers eg. Kodo, fido, virgin) once i tried to bring Freedom's deals on the bargaining table, they simply/proudly said our quality of network is not comparable with Freedom and denied to price match or even give a discount!! (It's clear christal that their overall quality of service is much better than Freedom, but the serives' prices are not logical at all)

They (3 Bigs) are tougher than that Freedom could break their kingdom, since we saw instead of normalizing their spatial telecom tariffs, they introduced their tier 3 service providers like Public mobile , Lucky.....

Well, when many people switched to Freedom for the iPhone and 15/20 GB for $60ish, Rogers and Fido somehow had the ability to offer the same amount of data for $50

They may pretend that they can't, but when a lot of people cancelled, users like my friend did receive winback calls.

After that I have noticed better deals in general from the Big 3. I would say Freedom has made it better.

Of course, in time it will change to Big 4, but for now, they (Shaw) are still trying to build market share and diversify their revenue streams away from Cable TV.

What's Freedom's coverage like in Atlantic Canada ?

Their map shows they have National coverage for the Atlantic provinces, but what's it like in the real world.

They have no service in Quebec and Eastern Canada. You can't use Freedom there.

All these plans are going up after Rogers completes their purchase of Shaw.

Or they get rid of freedom and merge all accounts to Rogers.

Then when your existing contract is over... huge price increase.....
