Just recently it started declining.

It was a 35% discount. Then it became a 25% discount. Now it's a $15 discount.

What's this less $5 digital discount? I have the same layout except that last part and would be sweet.

If you register your credit card ( maybe bank account too) for automatic payment.

Just called regarding this. They said that my plan (promo big gig everywhere 50 Canada) isn't in market, therefore they cannot apply that Less $5 Digital Discount for me :(.

I've always been on autopay since registering, but I've never heard of this digital discount business

If you're on Promo Everywhere 50 (have the same plan + F&F discount + BT discount) - they likely applied the Digital Discount for you in error - it only applies to newer plans. Definitely never change your plan.

As mentioned above, shouldn't apply to most older plans - other poster got pretty lucky.

I called to complain for other discount I had and they discontinued applying on my account. They said they couldn't give it to me but told me I was eligible for $5 DD. I gladly accepted. That was in March I think.

Loyalty just last week reviewed my account and discounts, and didn't question $5 DD.
Since they said that can't give me 5GB extra data they applied $5 off for each line for 6 months making my monthly bill $17.50

I called loyalty department and they said the same thing, I they don't have access to give me more data.
I wonder if it has something to do with I am on the back to school plan that was date back to when they were still wind.

Was able to get the extra 5GB by talking to Loyalty. They mentioned, however, that the extra 5GB is only valid for the next 24 months. The extra 5GB will drop off after that. Did everyone else get told the same thing?
How to get to loyalty? Is it like Rogers I need to ask to be transfered? Live chat declined me

Live chat is useless. Call in and ask to speak to loyalty. They might try to talk you out of it but be firm (without being a dick).

Been a member since Jan 2014, still no text just told them that my billing cycle is in 4 days and if I don't have the 5GB bonus before Sept billing cycle, I'm cancelling.

Lol I'm sure they've had plenty of people calling that have been members since inception like myself that have multiple lines and threatened to leave, it doesn't seem like they really care as they know they're getting more and more customers everyday that are paying more.
