Saw this flyer at the University of Toronto Scarborough campus.
S10 128gb + Samsung Gear Icon X Wireless Earbuds - 15gb data, Unlimited CDN calling and texting - $60

I am only posting this because I'm pretty sure that Freedom employees are on here, but their customer service has become extremely bad. I have been waiting 2hrs 13 mins to speak to a customer service rep. and the online chat is at 45 mins. I have been with freedom/wind since 2012 and have never had this issue before.
Sad state of business expansion in putting revenue generation above customer service.

I was on hold for over 30 min at 5:45 ET this afternoon. Can't send text messages. They know, but 5+ hours later I still can't send text messages.

Oddly, their survey system that appears to use SMS can receive my replies even though my SMS shows as "not delivered."

Update: 7 hours later, SMS works again. Freedom from service.
