Here we go again...
Another great deal from Freedom for a top shelf product.
And another round of downvotes from folks who were burned by Wind or missed a couple of calls on FM.

Let me be the first to say, if you had a bad experience, move on, this deal isn't for you, neither is the thread.

Can someone explain about the $150 MyTab credit? How can it be applied when this is $0 tab? Thanks.

$60 month plan * 24 months = $1440 * 1.13 = $1,627. (sidenote: $1600 is like an iPhone 12 pro, after tax. Where here you can get a pretty nice phone WITH a plan for 2 years, food for thought on apple prices).

S20 FE is about $800 flat out right. $1627 - $800.

$827 / 24 = $34.

Basically, you pay $34 for a 20gb freedom line for 2 years.

Goddamn! This just blew my mind Bruv! This means you can get the iphone 11 from Freedom, with 20GB data for the same price as you would get a 12 pro *only*.

S20 FE outright pricing:
$960 on Freedom
$950 samsung.ca
$1130 Koodo
$1200 Fido & Virgin

Cost (excluding tax, varies with province):
$60 * 24mo = $1440
1440 - 960 = $480 for the service
480 / 24 = $20 for 20GB /mo (exc.tax)

RBT likes to inflate their 'retail' price, as that increases the cost of cancellation.
All providers calculate ECF as (retail price)/24, for each month remaining in term.

Perkolopois after trade in (no need to send anything in) is $800 after tax

Lower resolution screen, but still retina IMO.

RAM is reduced from 12GB (North America S20 5G) to 6GB (North America FE).

Everything about this phone is great, but I'm in the small minority that can't do 6GB of RAM. For most people, this is a great phone, at a great price, with a top-shelf processor. I would get an app to monitor your ram usage in the top bar, however.

God bless.

Am I reading it right that the larger amount of data is on the freedom network only and if it's on the nationwide network you are limited big time.

Me 2 on the Ram size. This is pretty much the only reason holding me back for pulling the trigger
