Theyre very similar phones.

With s20 FE you get newer processor and 5G support plus 120hz display plus a larger overall display size

With S10 you get a better and higher resolution screen, and 2GB more ram on 128 model (FE has has 6GB on the 128gb model), lighter weight and headphone jack if that’s important, and an ultrasonic finger print scanner in display (FE has optical finger print scanner, not Ultrasonic)

I think if they’re the same, I’d go with the FE just because Samsung now supports phones for 3 major updates...unless you plan on upgrading before that, the FE has one more cycle than the S10

Both are great though. This is assuming you can get both for same price. If S10 is cheaper I’d stick with it, but if you can exchange it for FE I would do that

4. Second camera: S10 (12MP) vs. S20 FE (8MP)
5. Third camera: S10 (16MP) vs. S20 FE (12MP)
6. Material: S10 (Back: Glass - Corning Gorilla Glass 5; Frame: Aluminum) vs. S20 FE (Back: Plastic; Frame: Aluminum)

So I got the absolute 0 deal on the FE. Really fantastic phone for the price (although a little too big for my taste). Anyways I live in Bathurst and Rutherford area and I noticed that it goes into roaming mode inside my living room every now and then. It does not switch automatically to a partner network when it's roaming. Also noticed sometimes SMS messages are not transmitted and need to try more than once. As much as I wanted to give Freedom a chance, I could not have it go into roaming mode in my living room. Switched to the Fido $39/9GB deal for ex-Freedom customers and not looking back.
