Freedom monthly plan to yearly prepaid - Easy downgrade?

I am currently on a $65 plan and have an additional line for $15. So with digital discount I save $10.

I am thinking for the upcoming year switch both plans to the 199$ prepaid plan.

Easy switch right?

Did you contact Customer Service and ask them the question?

I switched both plans to the $199 + TAXES each.

There was a slight problem.
To topup the amount 199$ you have to pay in increments.

The maximum amount to top up per transaction is $150. So you got to split it according to customer support. They helped me do that. I paid $100 first then 99$.

Totaling 4 transaction for two accounts.

There is a 30 minute delay that activates the account from postpaid to prepaid.
