These tough cuts of meat sales are sent to make us creative! If you don't
sous vide, don't like jerky, try grinding it up for meatloaf. At least you will kn\ow its not waterlogged like a lot of the ground beef on specials lately. I would assume cube up, it would make great beef stew. YMMV.

it really depends on what you do with it. Beef is expensive at regular price, no matter the cut. That's probably why you still buy it when it's at a price similar to this.
