I always check Consumer Reports before buying major appliances if I have time. Burnaby Public Library has an online subscription you can read for free, log in with your library card.

If you live in Burnaby you can log in to Consumer Reports through Burnaby Public Library. If you don't have a library card, you can get one over the phone.
