FS - $50 off any iPod Touch when trading in old mp3 player

In today's flyer (at least here in Wpg). Usually, this is when you trade in an old iPod, but this does not have that constraint. Not a lot more detail on the website ...

Conditions are:
- in-store only
- one discount per customer

Hmm now to find an old mp3 player ... $50 off something that hardly goes on sale isn't bad, I enjoy using the apps on the ipod/ipad/iphone

Can get an equivalent deal (with no trade) and possibly better at Staples with the 15% teachers discount this weekend. Not sure if it's national but definitely in Ontario. Need to be or know a teacher who will show their ID for you. Possible that it is closer to $181+tax (8 gig) as I am just waiting to see if the 10% rebate hits my dividend account this week.(this is the possibly better part).

Although I can't guarantee whether Best Buy's deal will return (so don't read on if you're in a rush for a new Touch)

Wouldn't Best Buy's previous deal be better (if you're planning on trading in an old iPod)?

I think it was trade in any iPod to their trade in program, receive a gift card for the value of the iPod + a $50 bonus.

I can't remember if it was possible to do this, but I'm pretty sure that in/near that sale period, there was also an offer for a bonus 2500 RZ points.

If you go the pm route Staples retail is $13 lower than everyone else. Not sure why?
