[FS] Synology DS1515+ - $old

I have for sale a Synology DS1515+. The unit is still functioning perfectly. The unit was replaced by RMA for a faulty power supply back in 2018. The unit has always been plugged into it's own dedicated Cyber Power UPS since day one. Firmware is up to date. One drive bay the lever does not stay in the closed position, but you can use the key to lock it into place, this does not affect it's performance in any way. All accessories are included. I will include 4 stock network cables. This has only the 2gb stock RAM stick installed, but you can install your own DDR3 SO-DIMM kit up to 16gb (2x8) or just add any single DDR3 module to expand the memory.

I will upload photos later

Thank you for visiting.

You are correct the recommended config by Synology is expandable by adding a single 4gb kit. I had a 16gb kit running 2x8gb in it with no issues as my Plex server.

I'm confident it can be upgraded with no issues to 16gb.
