1. Is this UK only? No. This is available Worldwide.
2. How long will it take to get my key? We usually deliver keys instantly. In the unlikely event of any problems, this can take between 1 hour - 12 hours.
3. PayPal? We are now accepting PayPal.
4. Where do I find my key once I have placed my order? You will receive an email confirming your key has been supplied and it will become available in your account under the "order information' tab.
5. What kind of DRM is it? Our site will show a Steam key or Origin logo (etc) for keys we are selling. If there is no logo or reference to a 3rd party platform, it is a direct download from our site and we will provide all required files/keys etc.
6. Is this a Steam Key? If it is a Steam Key I will include a reference to Steam in the thread title and there will be a Steam logo and "Steam Key" text on the product page.
7. What does 'Other DRM' mean on your website? This means it is a direct download from our site. The game files are supplied directly from the game publisher and all cd keys/DRM related files will be provided. We also provide a download manager which you can remove (if you want) after downloading your game.
8. What does the order status 'on-hold internal processing' mean? This is a random security check. Orders between 9am and 5pm GMT are usually completed within a few minutes. We check a small portion of orders manually in order to reduce the risk of un-authorised transactions on your account. Orders outside of these house can take longer.
