This is a good price imo on a kit with the best kit lens available, the 18 - 135 mm stm.
And if the price decreases boxing day buy it and return the one you by now if they won't pm it.

As posted below by outlander $719 at aden camera PM the fs price now at $779.99 and get an aditional $6 off at future shop and be price protected until the end of january.

During the past Black Friday, they had this camera/lens package with the Accessory Kit (Bag/Extra battery) for $779. If you bought that deal, you would still have until January 2015 to return for full refund (Holiday return policy). Anyone think Boxing day will be cheaper than the Black Friday deal?

On the receipt, the deal was broken down like this:

I saw this package deal at Blacks (in store) for the same price, if I am not mistaken. $100.00 is not enough, the prices will go down further for boxing day, hopefully

I'm interested in this package as well, at $649.00 I would jumpt on it

FS screwed up on my T5i in-store pick up for the 18-55mm kit lens package during Black Friday. Instead, they set aside the kit with this 18-135mm lens. They had no more T5i kits in stock so they gave me the 18-135mm kit for $599 (also included a free camera bag)! I didn't complain

Just looking into this and I see a lot of variation on this camera at different prices depending kit lens, so if you see it cheaper make sure it's 18 - 135mm and not the 18 - 55mm (which is like $100 cheaper).

If you want it slightly cheaper and don't mind a damaged box unit, then canon's estore has it for $679..

FS pms the canon estore so you can get it for around $669 and the price will be protected at fs till the end of january if goes lower at fs or anywhere else.
Aw, see it is box damaged they might not pm so lame on their part if they don't.
But $713 if pmed at fs with the aden camera price.

Better idea, buy this kit, sell me the lens for $100 and then have extra money to put towards your prime lens.
The new stm kit lenses are pretty good and this 18 - 135 is a good choice for a walk around lens being a jack of all zooms so to speak.

Bought the t5i with 18-135mm STM lens for $689.00 from Henry's after price matching Aden Camera. Also was able to successfully price match the free accessory kit which includes a bag and an extra battery. Also got the pancake lens for $80.

Curious, What is the difference between the standard 18-55 and this 18-135 other than the longer zoom? I opted for the Futureshop deal that included the 75-300, bag and battery.
