Picked mine at a month ago for $150 on the Amazon deal. Great earphones for a great price. I use it on the daily for at least a few hours a day.
Ambient sound allows you to keep it in while still maintaining environmental awareness (hyper awareness if you increase the level). All controls you need area available on the earpiece.
"Seamless" connection is works flawlessly. Quotes because you have to go into your device settings to select Buds+ to switch over. I prefer this over automatic on other earphones as it can be temperamental,

the only problem is the lives are not sealed earbuds and samsung has oversold the ANC according to many reviewers. as well as having significantly worse battery life than the buds+. I still think on balance of everything, buds+ is a better choice for most people.

BTW if you're actually a student and you don't have SPC you can get this discount for free using StudentBeans.

Signed up for studentbeans but only see a 20% off certain samsung products and 15% off preorder off the note? Tried both promos neither work. Am I missing something? Thanks.

It gives you a promo code and sends you to the Samsung Partner login page. You either have to sign up or login and use the promo code StudentBeans gave you as the employee code or whatever it was called. Both promos lead you to the same page so it does not matter which one you choose.RedFlagParty wrote: ↑ Signed up for studentbeans but only see a 20% off certain samsung products and 15% off preorder off the note? From what I've seen with the software/settings in reviews, the ambient sound feature can just be adjusted in general intensity and toggled on/off. I haven't seen an option to tune specific frequencies.shoppingsheep wrote: ↑ Anyone knows if the Samsung adaptive sound could amplify certain ambient sound fequencies to use the buds like hearing aid?

Yea, I already bought the AirPods Pro from the Telus sale a while ago, but haven’t opened them yet. So if these would be a better value, I might consider it. There’s about a $110 difference, so are AirPods Pro that much better?tmonies wrote: ↑ Similar to Airpods pro except no ANC on the Buds+...
Per Soundguys, If you have an iPhone, the Apple AirPods or AirPods Pro have likely been on your mind. Well, the AirPods (2019), are a hard sell, especially when compared to the Pro. If you’re between the standard AirPods and Samsung Galaxy Buds Plus, go with the latter: sound quality, fit, comfort, and durability are all better. However, if your budget is more flexible than mine, the AirPods Pro are an excellent choice.
They feature Apple’s H1 chip for hands-free access to Siri as well as ANC, and a DSP that calibrates noise cancelling intensity on the fly, among other things.
And here's another review by CNET...

Probably not worth the $110 price difference... but IF you need the ANC and apple compatibility (i.e. H1 chip connectivity), then it might be worth it... otherwise, if you're an Android user, buying the Galaxy Buds+ makes more sense
Always buy now & think later, or else you'll regret your decision forever.
The first rule of RFD is to not talk about RFD or call customer service to ask about price errors.
The second rule of RFD is to not forget about the first rule.

If you have the Jabra 75T, then it's probably not worth the money to switch unless you really dislike the Jabra's fit, mic, sound quality or battery life... The differences do not justify the cost

Did I miss it or was there no shipping/delivery ETA? There was a link on the cart/checkout page saying "when will I receive my order?", but when I clicked on it, it took me to a generic FAQ page that didn't answer the question.
