I don't know how much they go for nowadays I bought last year for 450
easy fix for those looking for a note 3.

Just make sure it's authentic. The seller looks legit tho. I saw this endorsed by eBay front page couple of days ago.

This phone is the US cellular/Verizon (CDMA) version, Specs indicate it will not work with Wind, but does have bands for all big 3 and its sub-brands.

LTE (4G)
band 4 / 1700 MHz AWS (Americas)
band 13 / 750 MHz Upper 700 (USA (Verizon))
band 25 / 1900 MHz PCS+G (USA (Sprint))

WCDMA (3G / 4G)
band 1 (I) / 2100 MHz IMT (Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, Brazil, India, Israel)
band 2 (II) / 1900 MHz PCS (Americas)
band 5 (V) / 850 MHz Cellular (Americas, Oceania, Brazil, Israel)
band 8 (VIII) / 900 MHz (Europe, Asia, Africa)

CDMA (2G / 3G)
850 MHz / band 5 / BC0 Cellular (Americas, Oceania, Brazil, Israel)
1900 MHz / band 2 / BC1 PCS (Americas)

GSM (2G)
850 MHz / band 5 Cellular (Americas, Oceania, Brazil, Israel)
900 MHz / band 8 (Europe, Asia, Africa)
1800 MHz / band 3 DCS (Europe, Asia, Africa)
1900 MHz / band 2 PCS (Americas)

Edit: the network lock is only on the CDMA bands, the sim slot for the gsm/hspa/lte bands are unlocked.

11 bucks shippning and another 30 for import charges (USD). Saw this on SD but decided to not buy....although, comparing this is to a zenfone 2 2GB version

What's killing me is that this phone IS 2 years old, and refurbished is cool and all, but do they replace that battery? Cosmetic scratches could be a PITA to deal with if it comes like that. and you ARE avoiding kijiji's BS with fakes, IMEIs and what not.

All in all, you're looking at about 300 CAD for this

If it was GSM, yes. It would have been very hot.

But this the lonesome CDMA version with no resale outside of Verizon.

The Seller's rating would worry me.

the seller's negative reviews are pretty negative. Its a risk a small one though, as the positives and negatives are both recent

Libballeng is spot on. Even though it is a Verizon phone, it has the capability to use GSM on other carrier.

Keep in mind that with Verizon Samsung Note 3, if it is updated to Android 4.4.4 or higher, you cannot root the phone at the moment.
Also, you will need a 3rd party app (FoxFi) to help with Mobile Hotspot as the firmware is designed to prevent turning on Hotspot without the use of a Verizon sim card and plan. FoxFi is free and works great.

Other than that, there is no reason not to purchase the Verizon Note 3. The seller's ratings and complaints are awful. My friend purchased a Note 3 from tophatphones and it was practically in mint condition (as long as you selected "good" and higher as the condition).
