I do it all the time and they know it lol. If they had an issue with it they'd do a better job maintaining their TIVs.
Given the regular price of the game is $39.99 the fact the TIV is even $13 to begin with is insane, because it qualifies for the Trade 3 Get it Free, which means if you trade it towards an $89.99 preorder they give you $30 for it, which is what it'd cost Play'd.
