Garage level floor leveling for home gym

Was looking at lot of youtube videos for creating a leveled platform and this one looks much simpler & easier.
Please share your thoughts if any pros or cons of this approach
Refer 1)
This kinda looks random approach (not too many maths) but seems to serve the purpose and also leaves some room underneath.

I was debating between 2) "" and 3) "" initially & both look little complicated to me especially I am not really comfortable with 2nd one as it creates a solid flooring with no room for moisture or water to escape whereas the 3rd one also looks bit complicated especially i am doing this platform only on a 6x12 feet space and planning to keep only fitness trainer equipment (600 lbs) and a simple squat/bench rack/bench of course with a few weight plates of max 100 kgs.
Or if you have any other simple/efficient approach, please let me know.
I am planning to keep below materials:
3/4 thick OSB plywood and then 3/4 Horse stall mats on top of that.
Thanks for your time.

Might want to look at DriCore subfloor panels. They'll give you some space underneath for airflow to help with moisture, and you can use DriCore shims to level them. This would replace your bottom layer, and can continue with OSB/stall mats for the rest.
