I hope this isn't weird but can you please take a picture of the ingredients and nutrition facts for the lasagna if possible?

Are you surprised? Lasagna is literally a pasta cake. Pasta itself is calorie intensive and lasagna magnifies it.

I would expect more calories than that, to be honest, 1300 calories for 2 pounds of lasagna seems low.

It's probably about right if the 2 lbs lasanga is just 1.85 lbs of noodles and water and very little cheese and meat. Which for 4 dollars, you know it is... it's basically just tomato sauced noodles.

agreed

14 g of fat per 1/4 of it....5 g saturated and 670 mg of salt for 1/4.

OP said he ate most of it in a sitting.

Please do yourself a favor and do not eat that lasagna.

There is very little meat, very little cheese, it is all sauce (flavourless) and noodles.

I tried it once and i agree. For someone on a very tight budget, or pehaps a student it's a decent deal for the price, but it's more like spaghetti and sauce than lasagna. Only decent store bought frozen lasagna i ever had was President's Choice, but that was a few years ago, don't know if it's still the same or not. OP thanked, this is a deal for some people.
