I told them I wanted to cancel because it's difficult to cancel (they said "you just have to call customer service" and I said "that's why I'm here.") and they cancelled it immediately. They were really nice and helpful- just tell them a firm answer where they know they can't change your mind and the customer service is great. Absolute BS policy for cancelling though . F U The Global and Mail for making an annoying af subscription. I absolutely loath companies that do this dumb crap.
