I found this:

On weekdays, due to rush-hour crowding, upright or non-foldable bicycles are not permitted on trains scheduled to arrive at Union Station between 6:30 and 9:30 a.m. or that leave Union Station between 3:30 and 6:30 p.m. Non-foldable bicycles are also prohibited inside Union Station during those times. Foldable bicycles, however, are permitted on inside Union Station and on peak-hour trains.

Bicycles are permitted on all other trains, including weekday off-peak, and those travelling opposite to peak direction. For example, you may bring your bicycle on trains travelling away from Union Station in the morning peak period as long as you do not board at Union Station. Similarly, you can bring your bicycle on trains travelling towards Union Station in the afternoon peak period as long as you get off the train before it arrives at Union.

There are bike trains:
Gear up for biking adventures in Niagara!

It's easy to explore the sights, sounds and natural beauty of Niagara Region when you bring your bike along with you on GO Transit! Regular GO train coaches can each accommodate two bikes, but until Thanksgiving GO will offer dedicated bike coaches on trains running between Toronto and Niagara. Each of these special coaches can hold up to 18 bikes.

I have never seen a GO Train with so few passenger cars before when I drove past one yesterday.

Casinos are closed. A lot of the touristy stuff was closed when I went last week. Definitely worth it for the ride and cycling in Niagara. Train was very empty.

Luckily outdoor transmission is far, far lower than being indoors. Check out the recent starbucks case. The problem is that some people have a difficult time determining what a high risk environment is versus a lower risk one.

Luckily the plexiglas they have installed is so useless that the difference would likely be immaterial. The best part of the plexiglas is the feeling of calm it imparts to its riders, like a placebo. As long as air is being recirculated throughout, the plexiglas is as useful as wearing a mask over your mouth, but not your nose.

Is anyone enforcing the mandatory mask rule? I take the public transit almost daily and there's usually one or two selfish individuals who are defiant but no one to enforce it.

no transit systems that I know of in GTA are enforcing mask usage. Their argument is that riders may have medical reasons for not wearing a mask. SMH...

I can see their point with regards to operator safety. A driver in France was killed when he asked riders to wear masks.
