At that price point, I'd be surprised if they weren't.
Model number is: CA-NC324-XD
So it should be this camera:

To my knowledge, Hikvision only makes 2,4 and 8MP cameras. Aliexpress and eBay have alot of "Hikvision compatible" cameras, which are definately not made by Hikvision.
I made the mistake of ordering 5MP cameras from aliexpress, and the quality was trash. (~80$ CAD a camera).

I was just on the Hikvision website and saw a few 5mp cameras so Im not sure about this but thanks for posting.
