Good+Cheap Suit Alteration Yonge/Sheppard Area! Recommendations?

Looking to alter mainly suit pants (and maybe jacket or even dress shirts if tailor is good/reasonable price)

Waist widening - $10-15
Hem only - $5-10
Hem and slim suit pant is around - $15-20
Suit jacket sleeves shortened - $25-30
