Are you going to carry this notebook around?

From my understanding the Qcore and GPU itself plus the 32GB is already good enough specs for Video editing.
Price wise ... what's the original price? For me personally lol, ~2700 is a lot but then again desktop specs of these would probably equate to a similar price. Like I'm saying it's a lot cause ~$2700 + tax = $3000+

I suppose it's not too bad of a price compared to if you were going to buy the new tMBP.

I just checked their website here... save $600 which is not bad but for a 1080p resolution?? I would rather try and get a 1440p reso at this price point.

I think the price is just a little bit more for the deal. But maybe I'm wrong. But one thing I'm right about, at least I believe I'm right about it.

It should be your best of interest to buy a desktop computer rather than a Notebook or laptop with this kind of high performances. And also, I don't think notebooks are recommended for video editing.
I think you should reconsider about getting a notebook.

From my understanding, and I could be wrong here, but generally gaming notebooks are never that good of a deal as mobile CPU and GPU combos are not as fast as the desktop versions. But too each their own I guess.
