Good deals for 32" 4K UHD monitors?

I'm looking for deals on a good 4K UHD monitor that is at least 31.5". So far, I haven't seen much below $500 other than one Samsung monitor that is sold out both online and in-store. But, I would prefer brands that aren't Samsung and LG. What are some specific monitors or deals RFD recommends?

I'm also open to considering getting a 32" 4K UHD TV, though I don't know what the difference would be, other than a much lower price and maybe a bit of latency. I will not be gaming and it will be run off of a laptop with an integrated graphics chip, not a dedicated card.
