GOOD LEGIT Healthcare website to POST a PSW JOB?????

Hey all
Are there any good legit websites that cater to Personal Support Workers?
I have a friend needing one. They posted on Kijiji with not very good results.
Is there a website specifically for PSW's?
Do hospitals have job boards where you can post a job?
