Good Mid-range Snow Tires not made in China

Hi, I am looking for recommendations for good SNOW tires (i.e. not the trendy 'ice' capable tires) with large blocks and deep snow ability that are not fabricated in China. There used to be a bunch of good options, ie. General Altimax, Hercules Avalanche, etc., but they seem to have disappeared...\
