Now that Payless is closed, I'm not sure where to get some cheap shoes. Winners?

Mark's.. I wouldn't really call them cheap, but they sell solid gear worth every penny. You can usually find quality work shoes for around "$80, sometimes clearance will bring some pairs down to $40.

If you’re looking for Payless brand quality, try Walmart.
