Good starter credit cards to build credit?

Please give me suggestions. As well tell me what you think about RBC Visa Cash Back.

I'm currently with PC Financial. They offered me a Mastercard. Can I also use that to build credit?

I just became an immigrant and this will be my first credit card. I never owned one before.

It doesn't really matter, you can build credit with any credit card. I would just try to pick one that has an offer suitable to you, or at the least has no fees
