This. I know some realtors who market on chinese sites, forums, and local news papers in GTA. Almost all use their networks to market this way.

The house is in midtown Toronto ( Toronto C10 MLS district). Just noticed recently that there is more Chinese buyers moving into the area. The majority of the buyers are still non Chinese. Just trying to cover all the bases, especially now that the market is cooling. Thanks.

Chinese can use realtor.ca. Seemed to be common knowledge to most interested parties when I was in Beijing a month ago.

Get a chinese agent... a good one... and no problem you will sell quick (as long as it's nice and not some complete dump)

Too naive. They won't buy your house now. They only buy houses when it's seller market.
