To note, doesn't seem to work for Samsung devices on stock OneUI. With other launchers, yes.

As far as I know there isn't directly. If you have an old android device on your account htat isn't on anymore. You can "install" them to that device and they get added to your account even though they aren't literally installed yet.

Best I could do is hack your way around it by using a clear white or black background and taking screen shots. But beyond that.. no idea. I suspect you could download the APK and unpack it but I don't know if the icons are all in an icon format like that.

Lots of $1.99 icon packs are available for $0 but it says "contains ads" so it's not premium packs then...

I saw that too and then ran away from it.

You can change the icons of the apps on your android phone. The general idea is that by picking an icon pack you can have unified look of icons across your all the icons on your phone. No more some apps with bright colors and some with mutes, some with circles, some with squircles etc.

Typically you need to use a custom launcher to use them. The launcher is what opens when you hit your home button. The desktop of the phone as it were. So for instance I use Nova Launcher on my OnePlus three instead of the default one. There's a free version and even that has a lot of features but one of them is that it supports custom icons. This is how you get those cool android setups. There are a lot of great free icon packs out there to play around with and they're completely reversible. I set my sisters up with the Sunshine Icon Pack (there is a complimentary Moonshine as well) because it gives them a unified experience if they get a new phone. The camera icons always looks literally the same etc etc. Icon apps also often come with things like wall papers that compliment the icons so that's fun too.
