Absoltie junk, will fail just outside of warranty. Avoid this model.

Fitbit in general is trash. Have purchased two items from them that became defective / obsolete right when the warranty ended. Never again.

My gf has this and has never had an issue with it. I had my previous fitbit for 3 yrs and never had an issue either.

Saying that, i got a new Samsung watch when that $100 trade in deal was on in December.. Its a nice watch but the battery is brutal on it. Maybe 1/4 of what my gf's Sense gets.

I have had this for about 4 months. I like it overall, tracks activity automatically and the 6 months of fitbit premium is a nice bonus if you use it- better insights into health and 'readiness score' for exercise, I use it for meditation exercises as well. I did have an issue with the charger, one of the pins got stuck, but I got a replacement sent by fitbit the next day and it arrived within 3 days. I have had different fitbits over the course of the past 8 years. I have always ended up replacing them rather than have them fail, but like others who have nothing but bad things to say, my experience is only my own. I much prefer the focus on the health insights vs using a watch as its own smart device.

Coming from the galaxy watch, I wanted to try something different so I went with the Sense. I regret my decision and will likely be moving to something else soon.
