mother! Is the worst movie I’ve experienced in a long while. Stay clear.

Thanks OP.

It's too bad that Paramount and Lionsgate don't participate in Movies Anywhere. I prefer watching movies off my Apple TV 4k in DV.

Has Google offered free upgrades to new video standards? If I bought a DVD quality movie in the past will it automatically get upgraded to Blu-ray and now 4K?

De-bolded. I thought those would be the titles of most interest to people. Of the three, I've seen Bumblebee and really enjoyed it enough to jump on this deal.

Of the movies I own on Play, I've had one title upgraded to 4K for free and that was 2001: A Space Odyssey.

Does anyone know what sound format is provided with these, can't seem to find any info easily and it's not listed on the movie details.

They are all 5.1 according to the website.

From my personal experience, the highest quality audio is Dolby Digital Plus.

So no Atmos then - could come with DD+ but likely not as can't find any info on it on the Google play site.

Google only upgrades warner, universal, Lionsgate & fox. So if you redeem an HD code from these studios it will upgrade in 24 hrs to 4k/uhd

Nothing wrong with highlighting your faves. I was just curious to know why it was those 3. Saving Private Ryan and Mission: Impossible - Fallout are my faves from the bunch.

Thanks OP, bought Mission: Impossible Fallout. Will likely buy 1-2 more. Was hoping Paramount will join Movies Anywhere but no harm in buying now should they join later.

One thing to note as I've been waiting for Wrath of Khan: The two editions listed and advertised on the site are HD, not 4K.
I'm not sure what the deal is with this title but as far as I know it's only available on itunes in 4k.

These are all paramount movies so if you use movies anywhere they will not port
These are some good deals especially on the following
Interstellar - $8.99
Shutter Island - $6.99
Saving Private Ryan - $8.99
Gladiator - $6.99
Braveheart - $6.99
Forrest Gump - $8.99

If you buy codes & use iTunes USA most of the rest can be bought for $2 or less
