Right now Google Play has all seasons of Family Matters on sale for $9.99/season (normally $19.99/season), no tax (for now...).
I don't normally post Google Play deals, but I figured this one might be good as it's a series that isn't really available on streaming, and the DVDs are expensive.
Also, any purchases on Google Play can be watched on any computer/device through Youtube (it automatically adds them to your account).

Relive your 90's nostalgia with Urkel!
Thread Summary
Family Matters
What matters most? Family, of course! Over its nine hit seasons, Family Matters brings us a hilarious slice of middle-class Americana — along with one of TV's wackiest characters, nerdy genius Steve Urkel. The extended Winslow family redefines the word "togetherness" as their home splits at the seams with chaos, confusion and laughter.

If they'd actually give you the files so that you *owned* it in perpetuity, this would be a great deal

I prefer buying DVDs too, but in this case they're expensive. I see this sort of like Steam, where the savings and convenience (watch on any device that has Youtube) make it worth the loss of permanent ownership.
Also, unlike some streaming services that have ended, I don't think Youtube's going anywhere.
