In a year's time Google will be using these to serve ads, Amazon has already confirmed they will with the Echo. I don't need another device bothering me with useless ads constantly.

It was $39.99 over the holidays... or three for $95 at the source. :P Some people had a hard time getting their hands on them at that time, though.
