Retailer:
Govee
Was originally eyeing the Hue Signe when I came across the Govee Lyra.

Just received mine and I think it’s a solid floor lamp. Here’s a YouTube review of it by someone:

Govee has a Halloween sale where it’s $50 off, and stack on the discount code “Goveesale” (12% off site wide) takes off another $18. Shipping is free.

Manufacturer claims it works with Alexa & Google Assistant.

They're not bulbs, afaik according to YouTube videos, it's a silicone led strip that you slide into the stand during set up.

Shows up as $149 for me, how did you get $132?

Been eyeing this item for a while now, but prices just keep going up.

Based on YouTube reviews, this would look great in synced pair around your TV.

Does anyone know the difference between the Govee RGBICW and the Govee RGBICWW? I'll assume the latter is the older version but you get savings of about $40 by going with the RGBICW. No idea what the upgrades are

I’ve got one of these and love it, for a while I had an issue where I’d have to re-add it to Alexa and google often but that issue has gone away maybe through a software update not sure.

My kids also love changing the lights to different colours and these things blend into most rooms pretty well.

Ce suffix stands.for cold white and warm white

Cold being on the blue side, warm being yellowish.

Being that said, it's still cheaper diy buy buying led strip, PSU, controller, led channel from AliExpress.

At 130$ +taxes you probably craft two or three ez

Pics of your build and does your build have matching software functionality including built in patterns + microphone + app + Alexa and Google Home support?

Yeah I can make a pizza cheaper than Dominos too but I prefer to order Dominos, you know?

Just to let you know guys, I bought many Govee things in the last Amazon prime day, and returned them all.

Yes they are less expensive than Phillips hue, but they are not enough bright.

If you watch tv in complete darkness (please don’t, for your eyes), well yes they are superb.

If you value your eyes and have some light in the living room, they will not be very noticeable.

About the software you take a look at WLED. So yes it has a "built-in" pattern with all the customization you can/can't imagine. Yes it support Alexa, Google and home assistant, Yes it support hue ecosystem. Yes it can run stand alone.

About the microphone we're not in 2000's anymore (jk). Check LedFX. On serious side, microphone usually only detect beat and not sound. If you have many lamps you won't be able to get nice result

I understand that. For that I did upvote even if I think this is over priced for what it is.
