GPU Upgrade. Need help

Hey everyone. I need your help with GPU upgrade.
I have a GTX 960 in my current PC. This card was good, but now it's too old for modern games.
I stopped at 2 GPUs. The first one is RTX 2060 and the second is GTX 1660ti. Tell me what's the difference and how it affects gameplay.
Mostly, I play League of Legends and Apes Legends. The main problem is that I have 144 Hz monitor.

Yeah, thanks, man. I think I'll wait till June and take RTX 2070

I think it will be much better for 144 Hz gaming. I play mostly competitive custom matches with other competitive teams on https://dreamteam.gg/lol/practice. So I really need stable gameplay without any FPS drops.
How do think, is it better to take reference designed graphics card in case of RTX 2070 or with a custom cooling system, like EVGA or MSI?
