Is the game any better now? I heard it was very buggy and a bad console port.

It is the lowest price for PC yet, but judging by how the price already dropped since Black Friday ($47.64 > $44.67), I will wait until Boxing Day for that 50% off, hopefully.

It was somewhat buggy at launch, but after all the patches and hotfixes, the game is running fairly smoothly for me.

I don't believe it's a bad console port, as the bugs were just as prevalent (sometimes even worse) on console.

Credits to Gearbox/2K...... it's been 3 months after launch, and there is still no microtransaction yet. And they've been handing out free post-launch content like Bloody Harvest and Takedown at the Maliwan Blacksite, along with free skins.

Think I will continue to wait for the Steam release...plus if there is any game I'll likely want the seasons pass for given DLC, anything Borderlands is likely it.

I didnt finish the 3rd and sold it. It's boring, uninspired and dated.

I havnt got a single crash or major bug yet. Plays for hours on end and is hilarious and fun. I love Borderlands. I think they have patched it since release, I got mine on Black Friday w/ Season pass.

I've always thought this series was mundane, repetitive and got bored of the first 2 games in 5-10 hours. I think they just came out at the height of the "co-op craze" when people were forgiving and willing to play anything as long as they could play it together. Now that the forumla has been done to death people see it for what it is

true but BL1 and 2 were never actually good or better than BL3 if you think about it. It always had bad writing with meme filled manchild "humor", bland mission design, dated graphics, and generally repetitive gameplay. These are all reasons no one ever recommends these game for SP and only play it in co-op unlike games like say Gears of War or Halo that are fun both alone and with friends
