It's already in expired and has been for days... why do people keep reporting this as expired?

I think it's because it's showing up in the 'Most Thanks' List on the right side bar. That's where I saw it anyways

I used ebates.ca to go to groupon to purchase Starbuck eGift. I have not received any confirmation email related to Starbuck transaction. Any one know why?
