Used Ebates.com chrome extension to possibly get 6% cash back (more than .ca's 4% and possibly 6% in USD rather than CAD).

the FLASH doesn't seem to be targeted. all of my accounts have it.

ordered the Two Regular-Sized Two Patty Burgers with Two Phil-Sized Fresh Cut Fries deal from Philthy Philly's. came to 12.59. 3 different choices of burgers:
Ragin’ Bull, topped with bacon, pulled pork and onion crisps
Triple Threat, which includes your choice of any three of their seven types of cheeses
Grow-Op veggie burger

better deal than the Wendy's one going on right now as each burger comes with fries.

Promo codes are targeted on groupon so pretty useless.
The ones that do work are only for some merchants and they are usually crappy ones . Groupon used to have some good merchants but now they have vendors that have trouble staying afloat . Not as many selection as they used to have .
I used to use groupon but now, I cant even remember the last time I used one

usually targeted but sometimes they have general ones. the FLASH 30% off code appears before you even sign in so it's a general code. good deal if you can find a good place.
