GTA: Cheapest Place for Building Materials: Concrete, pea gravel, wood etc

Doing some projects and just wondering if there are places that are cheaper/better to buy from other than the big box stores.
I don't have a truck, so I need to buy everything in bags.

Is there anywhere in the GTA that's better price wise than the big box ones?

If you need enough, look at the delivery bags.
If the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.

If to go by bags, price at garden centers would be close or same as at big box stores, but quality may be better. As the other poster said, look at delivered 1 cubic yard bags, if you can deal with them. Some landscaping centers can do 1/2 cubic yard, you will need to shop around.

Not sure if I need a cubic yard of anything.

The pea gravel and concrete are for redoing the footing for my garage and doing a concrete path. I need wood for the siding and doing some shelves inside fixing some parts of my deck.

What about building supplies centres? Anyone know any good ones?

I have only spoken to them on the phone. Will deliver 1 cu yd minimum for $60 or 2 items for $85 or 3 items for $90. All cu. yd. minimums.

Don’t have a truck either. Will be going to check their products out this week.

I am also looking for pea gravel. Maybe we can split it depending on where you live. I live in the north west end of GTA.

Sure. I sent you a pm.

If anyone knows of a place for concrete, let me know.

A good lumber yard would be next too
