GTA - condo utility Bills

Hi looking to purchase a condo and wondering what I should expect for utility bills, it will be single occupancy 2 bedroom/2bathroom approx 900/1000 sq ft in either north yourk region or King Township. I know some or all utilites can be included in condo fees, the one building I am looking at nothing is included, so wondering for all water gas and hydro what you are paying in each case.
for anyone in GTA it will give me an idea what to expect thank you.
