[KitchenAid] Kitchenaid Stand Mixer Truckload Sale

Received notice of this sale via e-mail. I'm guessing it might be the model that sells for $399 at Future Shop.

Have you ever lusted after one of those Kitchen Aid mixers that do just about everything except clean your house? Here's your opportunity. S. WILSON ASSET MANAGEMENT SERVICES has been retained to sell literally several truckloads of Kitchen Aid mixers, available in Empire Red and White. It comes with all the bells and whistles, including a dough hook, flat beater, wire whip and pouring shield.

These mixers generally retail for more than $399, but are being sold for $275 until they are all gone.

All units are factory fresh and are NOT refurbished - of course they come with a one year factory warranty

Makes a great wedding present if you don't need one for yourself.Units can be reserved/paid by telephone and picked up from their liquidation warehouse 1111 Finch Avenue West, Unit # 28, Toronto, (two stop lights west of Dufferin St.) or their head office at 40 Kodiak Crescent, Unit # 9, Toronto (1 stop light west of Sheppard Avenue across from the military base entrance).

Address: 1111 Finch Avenue W., Unit 28
City: Toronto
Phone: 416-633-1416

The basic Kitchen Aid stand mixer is the Classic and often is on sale for around $200. It's plenty powerful for most users and Consumer Reports consistently rates it highly. Ours is still going strong after 15 years.

After realizing that Kitchen Stuff Plus has a sale on as well, this 'truckload' sale doesn't seem like much of a deal after all. They have the next model up (the Artisan) with the 5 qt & 3.5qt bowls and pouring shield, for $299.99, however there is a $50 MIR from KitchenAid. So the final cost would be $299.99 x 1.13 - $50 = $288.99.

The one from the truckload sale is similar (300w vs. 325w at KSP) but doesn't include the extra bowl/pouring shield. The final cost would be $275 x 1.13 = $310.75. So looks like the KSP deal is better than this.

costco does the 575watt one for 290+tax. Same motor as the pro 600. Bowl is slightly different and similar/same attachements.

Seriously, go with the extra wattage! The costco one is a steal. My wife and I got one for our wedding and it chews through dough like a champ.

yeah, just a bit more expensive than what I paid for one over Christmas @ Zellers. picked it up there for $99 thanks to their FB coupon fiasco.
