GTA: Oil Change for Benz CLA

Hi Everyone, does anyone know a good place to get an oil change for the CLA250 in the GTA (Markham preferably)? Went to Costco and they don't carry the oil filter needed for that car.

I'd like to avoid going to the dealer if possible as the oil change will cost $300 there (granted they do a few other things, but I just need an oil change). Car has less than 10,000km on it.

I'd go to those specializing in German brands such as Europa motors. Many indy shops don't even stock the oil/filter for luxury brands, although the trend is that these luxury brands are more or less mainstream products in some areas.

Not Markham, but McNally Auto is a great indy shop specializing in Benz.

If you source out your own supplies and buy the syn oil at crappy tire when on sale ... total job should be around $120 - 130 all incl. at indy shop.

I did this for my dad's C class in the past. Saved a couple hundred $ for each time.

That's the dealer price for BMWs, although all BMWs less than 4 year old are already covered without extra charge.

Worst case, go to MB parts and buy the OEM filter and take it to Costco to do it.

bmw's dealer price at $120 - $140 range ... that's before tax ... add in sundry and taxes, you are looking at another $20 - 25 or so more. That's in my pocket and good for a few Starbucks Frappa. :D

I got my first one done earlier than scheduled, so I paid for it out of pocket. It was $15x and change after taxes (done at your favourite dealer in Oakville lol).

If I source the filter and oil myself + pay for labour at an indy, would it be in the $130 range? Granted, it's only done once per year, so I may not mind paying a little more by going to the dealer. At least I'll get to play around in some of the newer cars while I wait lol.

... and all the free drinks you can have there. I tried out Budds about 6 yrs ago for service. No complaint. I recalled they only have coffee and water. Any juice, cookies, etc now ??

MB dealer can just do oil change only for $150'ish. They will write it specifically in the service book.
