FS / BB CSRs:

1. they do not have a 'physical store'
2. they dont offer next day shipping
In this guide, I will provide you with the necessary tools on how to successfully price match [rfdlink=55]Dell[/rfdlink] without the need to raise your voice and argue with useless CSRs!

Print this off if you're heading to Future Shop!

You shouldnt need to use this, Tool #1 / #2 should be sufficient!
