Ice Cream vs Frozen Dessert

So what's the difference between the two? An ice-cream is made from milk fats while a frozen dessert is made from vegetable oil fats.

not exactly. some of the halo top do use milk fats just not enough fat since they're supposed to be "healthy"
to be qualified as ice cream it needs to have at least 10% milk fat or 8% if confections are used

i tried it because im a bit of a health freak calorie conscious guy however it has a really fake sweetness to it that makes it hard to have more then two bites..
and honestly the amount of sugar alcohol and what not thats in there you might aswell enjoy a serving of breyers or something which is only like 110 calories

just picked up 6 at superstore for $5 each. Actually the cashier put in $6.78 for each of the coupons, so i ended up with 6 for $14 all in.
