Of all the burger joints in this $3 burger battle, Wendy's has my money in terms of taste and value.

What is working in Harvey's favor overall is the ability to collect scene points. The last time I was there, they had bonus scene points promo, with purchases made using a Cara gift card with additional scene points collected. Otherwise, I wouldn't go there.

As someone who eats a lot of trash food Harvey’s is the absolute bottom of the barrel. How do you guys eat and enjoy this stuff? How are there people here seriously comparing these burgers to AW, Wendy’s and Mcdonalds? Is it really just the topping thing? Please someone explain this great mystery....

You’re right and my post was snarky. If people enjoy these then great, but I find people calling it “premium” and bashing other fast food burgers that do use 100% beef pretty laughable. They definitely do have more of that “charbroiled taste” though so if that’s up your alley I get the desire.

No, was denied when my partner asked to get these as veggie burgers.

A&W tastes like McDonald's burgers, Harvey's burgers are much better.
Harvey’s burgers tastes better, but I don’t feel A$W tastes like MC’s burgers

The closest Harvey's closed years ago, but used to go often.

Can you still get whatever you on them and the side? I used to always get 6 pickles. 3 on the burger, 3 on the side. Mmm mmm

when asked kindly they'll do it, I have no issue asking extra pickle on the side.

Lol @ Mcdonalds even having a patty that tastes remotely like meat....A&W is just tasteless. Next time you buy either of those two just have a close look at the patties. THey shouldnt be grey and look like canned spam thats been sitting out in the sun too long.

You contradicted yourself by citing a 5 yr old study that claims that AW is also 100% beef.

There is a reason why Harvey's is struggling and I barely see any here.
I didnt say it wasnt beef, it just doesnt taste like it is. The study doesnt really tell you anything about the quality of the meat, just looking at a Mcdonalds or A&W patty you can see its just disgusting. The reason they are struggling is because people want cheap food, Harvey's is usually on the higher end of the spectrum for a fast food joint. Why do you think SUbway is so popular and QUizno's almsot doesnt exist? Its not because they made a crappy sub, its just that people arent willing to shell out for a better product mostly.

Personally when it came to burgers I enjoyed Lick's when they were around, now Burgers Priest is a good fill in for but they are a niche player and cater to a different market.
