this thread will be equivalent of tims 1.99 chicken thread as the original patty getting more unedible every year even with the mountain of toppings but i guess it like a calorie rich salad with some beef and carbs added :)

i will leave this here so folks know what kind of "burger" patty they are getting;
The Original "Burger" ingredients:
beef, water, toasted wheat crumbs, salt, wheat flour, modified milk ingredients, hydrolyzed plant protein, onion powder, spices, sugar, dextrose, yeast extract, garlic powder.
Good, better, best. Never let it rest. 'Til your good is better and your better is best.

What's wrong with the ingredient list? Seems fine to me

FYI, these are the regular prices (at least for the Jr.) Not so much a deal (but I do love Harvey's!)

Toasted wheat crumbs, how decadent...

You know, I had a hankering for a toasted wheat crumb burger...

a good sausage over hot dog anyday. a proper burger with a non-crappy patty beats them both for me.

are you one of those people who prefers a filler "meatloaf" patty over a proper burger patty on their burger?

Strange that you think that's awful. I make burgers at home as follows:

Beef, water, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, onions.

It's...um...eerily similar. Except my burgers are better..but let's not pretend that's some ridiculously bizarre/unhealthy/filler-ized burger recipe :/

I like so much filler than i pay every week for a vegeburger :P

Cheap meat (eyes bones testicles) are weirder than wheat crumb in my opinion

I swore off Harvey's burgers a couple of months ago when they had a 2 for $5 burger deal. Just awful.: How can they blacken the outside of an almost wafer-thin "meat" patty yet leave the interior pink and under-cooked?

IMO the best is A&W, but too expensive at full price. Mama Burger now $2.49 with coupon, Two Teen or Mozza Burgs for $7.99 with coupon.

I've had a few Baconators at Wendy's which, of course are also excellent if you love bacon and lots of good meat, but do not match the $20 burgers at this chain: https://www.heartattackgrill.com/

Have you ever seen an actual burger recipe? That's pretty much the standard ingredients.

have you actually had or made a decent burger? no self respecting burger lover would even think about bread crumbs, etc in their burger. it's no longer a hamburger anymore but a meatloaf burger.

as i said before, if you're into this kind of thing knock yourself out.
and for those whose taste buds are so shot they enjoy filler filled garbage like this you may be interested in this monstrosity as well...
