I believe the original design is by Herman Miller which may help your search criteria.

Stressless and IMG are a couple of brands well-known for this style of self-locking recliners, although the leg part is often provided as a separate ottoman. They are extremely comfortable chairs as long as you are not fat, and they are not big and bulky.

Stressless is probably more expensive than the one you linked, but IMG may not be - especially if you can find one on clearance.
